Over the summer in 2022, I interned at Amazon in Seattle, WA. There, I led the redesign effort for an internal change management system in Global Transportation Technology Services (GTTS).

The main components of my internship were as follows:

• Interviewing 15+ users and developers to create user personas
• Co-designing and leading a 4-day workshop in Nashville to extract a north star for the redesign as well as insights about the different ways employees used the tool internationally
• Analyzing our findings to develop information architecture diagrams and user flows
• Delivering a full scale Figma redesign of the tool using an internal style system
